** IMPORTANT INFORMATION **
Our Tack Swap event will be held tomorrow (Sunday, May 5th) and please remember it is at a park – outside in the great outdoors with fresh air. The booths/vendors will be located on the grass which might be a little damp from all of the rain today.
FREE ADMISSION!!! FREE PARKING!!!
We have the Sacramento Sheriff’s 911 Rodeo Drill Team and also the Wild Heart Ranch Youth Drill Team here tomorrow to kick start our event with a 9:00 a.m. performance. You’ll want to get here early and watch their performance!
We have very awesome goodie/swag bags ready to hand out tomorrow (Sunday, May 5th). The value of each bag is well over $100 worth of items. And all you have to do is show up . . . but once they are gone, they are gone. One per family please.
Right now we have 33 people signed up for booth/vendor spaces and quite a few of them will have double spaces so overall there will be 45 spaces (all 10′ x 10′). We are still taking entries tomorrow for booth spaces. $20.00 for a 10’x10′ space. Come browse and shop and visit with the great people who will be here. And . . . Mother’s Day will be just one week away . . . Dads – bring your kids, give them some money, and let them shop for Mom.
If you have not been to the Orangevale Park Horse Arena before, just know that you will not be able to see it from the road (Filbert Avenue). There is an asphalt driveway that takes you back to where the arena is. This driveway is right next to the Green Oaks Fundamental Elementary School (watch for our signs).
When you are here tomorrow, take a few minutes to check out our Silent Auction which will start at 9:00 a.m. and end right at 12:00 noon. Go to the Silent Auction booth, register for a bidder’s number, and start bidding. There will be more than 85 items to bid on – OVER $13,000 TOTAL VALUE – and there are some really unbelievable items! Will be some great deals tomorrow!
