Presents Christmas Caroling – Toy & Food Drive
Sunday, December 11th ~ 10 am to 2 pm
(weather permitting – RAIN DATE: SUNDAY DEC. 18th)

Join us as you help us raise food and toys for those in need!

SFHA will be riding through Lincoln caroling on decorated horses and Miniature Horses pulling carts (very good chance that SANTA will be riding a horse). We will be handing out candy canes to children as we try to collect non-perishable food & unwrapped toys. If your home is not on our route and you would like to donate, we will be staging at 3rd Street between O & P Streets. Donations are welcome at that location on Dec. 11th (or Dec 18th if the rain date is used).
RIDING ROUTE: Start at Lincoln Meadows Care Center (1550 3rd St), go west to Villa Del Rey Assisted Living (1660 3rd St), Lincoln Senior Apts (1655 3rd St), go north to The Village at Parkway Apts (455 Joiner Parkway), go west to Lincoln Terrace Apts (450 Joiner Parkway), go west to Joiner Ranch West at 3rd Street, south on Fuller Lane, east on 1st Street, cross Joiner Parkway, go east to The Oaks at Joiner Ranch Apts (1685 & 1730 1st St), Parkview Apts (1660 1st St), Golden Village Apts (1650 1st St), Valle Vista Apts (1675 1st St), Auburn Creek Apts (174 South O St), go east across Lincoln Blvd, ride through Burger King parking lot (115 Lincoln Blvd), go north and ride through Wal-Mart parking lot (255 Lincoln Blvd), east on 3rd St, north on F Street, go north across McBean Park Drive, go west on 5th St, north on H St, west on 6th St, south on O St, and west on 3rd St, back to the trucks & trailers.

From Dec. 1st – 18th, we will also have boxes for your donation located at:

All donated items (non-perishable food and unwrapped toys) will be distributed to the local Lincoln community – families in need this holiday season.


The Sierra Foothills Horseman’s Association (SFHA) is a non-profit organization which is centered around the promotion of family-oriented equestrian activities.


SFHA is a group of equine enthusiasts who gather together on a regular basis to share experiences, training tips, learn about current events in the horse industry, support local 4-H organizations and Future Farmers of America (FFA), participate in local shows/clinics/fundraisers, and of course RIDE!


SFHA offers competitive and non-competitive events. Gymkhana, English, and Western horse shows offer prizes for first place & ribbons for first through sixth for adult classes and first through tenth for junior, with end of the day high point champion ribbons and prizes. The competitive events include English & Western horse shows, gymkhana (now with a new state of the art timing system) and Competitive Trail Rides. Non-competitive events include trail rides, poker rides, overnight horse camping trips, play days with fun for your horse and family. Members receive discounts on event entry fees, volunteer opportunities, parties, potlucks and additional functions.

SFHA has Open All Breed English & Western Horse Shows; one each held in spring and one each held in the Fall, Gymkhana Show Series, 2 annual Poker Rides one in the summer and one in the fall & 2 -3 Competitive Judged Trail Rides – Spring and Summer.
