TACK SWAP SALE EVENT – – – SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 14th.
This event will be held at the: @the Grounds – – – formerly known as the Placer County Fairgrounds in Roseville.
Open to everyone!!! BUYERS and SELLERS are needed for this event! All booth spaces must be pre-entered and paid for by November 12th. NO ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
Open to all NEW and USED horse and livestock tack, equipment, show supplies, pet supplies, ranch supplies, grooming products, services, and miscellaneous. Business vendors of all types are also welcome!
Each 10′ x 10′ booth/vendor space is $30.00.

Event will be held rain or shine as everything will be under cover.
On SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 14th, the event starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m.

FREE GOODIE BAG FULL OF GREAT STUFF WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE FIRST 100 ADULTS WHO ATTEND THIS EVENT! We are getting unbelievably great stuff for the goodie bags and right now, each bag is currently valued at $47.00 each . . . with more samples and other items still coming to add to each bag!
FREE PARKING IN LOT “H”. To get to Lot “H”, you will be on either Washington Blvd. or Junction Blvd. and then you will need to turn onto CORPORATION YARD ROAD. When you turn onto this road, you will need to turn into the parking lot next to the All American Speedway Race Car Track – the northwest side.
The SFHA TACK SWAP EVENT will be a fun filled day of activities!
* Tack Swap and Vendors (10′ x 10′ booth spaces available for a $30.00 entry fee – – – must be entered on or before NOVEMBER 12th). All vendors will be located on a concrete slab that is fully under cover – no reason to bring a canopy but you will need to bring your own table. The building itself is open on all four sides (no walls) so it is open air.
* Silent Auction 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Lots of super great items to bid on. Come bid for some really great bargains! Right now we have over 60 items to bid on with a total combined value of over $6,500.
Some of the top items to bid on are: Auburn Equine Medical Center certificate with a value of $478; two separate prizes for hay – one for one ton of alfalfa hay and one for one ton of pasture grass hay; leather tote bag which includes a concealed gun carry; Warwick Schiller Performance Horsemanship package; Western Featherlite certificate for a full service for your horse trailer with a value of $250; Douglas Feed and Pet Supply – 10 bags of LMF Horse Feed; Camp Far West Lake 2022 season pass; one night hotel stay at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Lake Tahoe; one night hotel stay at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno; 20 bags of America’s Choice shavings; 10 bags of America’s Choice shavings; Daily Dose 90-minute massage; four one-hour riding lessons with Pipe Dreams Farm in Rio Oso; plus lots of equine supplements, dog food, horse feed, horse treats, hay bags, grooming products, hoof supplies, veterinary supplies, bling bling spur straps, western hats, headstalls, halters, jewelry, hooded sweatshirts, jackets, oil change, smog check, lariats for kids, gift baskets, etc.
* Cow Chip Bingo! Total of 410 3′ x 3′ squares will be sold. $10.00 each. Winner gets $2,000 (or one-half total received from ticket sales if all 410 squares did not sell). Winner does not need to be present to win. Tickets are being sold now LESS THAN 50 STILL AVAILABLE. . . if there are any still not sold prior to the event, they will be sold at the event until 9:30 a.m. Each person who purchased a ticket or tickets will be assigned a specific square through a random drawing system using the horizontal and vertical coordinates on the Cow Chip Bingo game board. This bingo game board will then be posted for everyone to see what square or squares they have. At approximately 11:00 a.m., the cow will be turned out into the covered fenced area which is the “bingo board”. All 410 squares will be marked. Whatever square the “cow pie” lands in, the purchaser of that square will be the winner!
* Raffle Drawing (drawing will be held at 1:00 p.m.). Tickets sell for $5.00 each or five for $20.00. Tickets are being sold now and will also be sold at the event up until 1:00 p.m. THERE ARE OVER 65 PRIZES WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF OVER $3,000 – – – more prizes still being added to the list!
Grand Prizes (winner does not need to be present to win one of the four grand prizes):
* $500 Tractor Supply Gift Card (what a shopping spree you can have!).
* Donner Lake Village Resort in Truckee – 3 Day, 2 Night Stay – $706 value.
* One Ton of Alfalfa Hay (20 Bales) – $300 value – donated by Lund Hay in Rio Oso.
* $200 Gift Certificate for a Custom Boulder Design by A&R Enterprises in Sacramento.
There will be lots and lots of other raffle prizes but the winner must be present to win the other prizes.

You can sign up for one 10×10 booth space or you can sign up for multiple spaces which will then be side-by-side (example: signing up for two booth spaces will give you a 10’x20′ area; three booth spaces will give you a 10’x30′ area).
