Christmas / End of the Year Party

ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY . . . DINNER . . . AWARDS PRESENTATION

We would LOVE to see everyone come to the party . . . especially the brand new members who have joined during this past year. This would be a great opportunity for you to come, enjoy the evening, and meet everyone. A great social event!

The flyer and RSVP card are attached to the e-mail . . . but here are some quick details for this annual event:

DATE: Saturday, December 17th

TIME: Appetizers at 4:30 . . . dinner at 5:30 . . . lots of fun all night!

LOCATION: Gold Hill Grange Hall (1405 Gold Hill Road, Newcastle).

Tickets need to be purchased prior to this event – current SFHA member price:
$10.00 per person,
$5.00 for kids 6-12 years,
FREE for kids 5 years and younger.

Guests and non-members are absolutely welcome and their price is: $15.00 per person, $10.00 for kids 6-12 years, FREE for kids 5 years and younger.

EVERYONE WHO WILL BE ATTENDING NEEDS TO PURCHASE THEIR TICKETS ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 14th.

In addition, for everyone who pays their 2017 SFHA membership dues on or before Dec. 17th, you will be given a raffle ticket (if you pay for a family membership, every member of your family who is in attendance at the party will get a raffle ticket). All those who have a raffle ticket will win a door prize!

SFHA will provide the turkey, ham, rolls, and punch. Anything else you want to drink, please bring your own. All SFHA memberships coming to the party will need to bring a food item, an: * appetizer, * salad, * side dish, or * dessert

Entertainment will include: * presentation of Year End Awards, * a slide show presentation of members at our events this past year, * a visit from Santa Claus (so bring your camera to get pictures with Santa), * Door Prize drawing (all SFHA members who have paid their dues for the 2017 year will win something!), and * BINGO!

We end the evening with fun and entertaining Bingo – everyone who wants to participate, please bring a wrapped Christmas gift as your entry (these will become the prizes for the bingo winners). Bring extras if you can. Minimum value of your wrapped Christmas gift for bingo needs to be at least $5.00. If you have a gift just for the kids, please mark it on the outside that way we can separate the prizes so the kids who win will know what to pick from.
